Snow: 1. Congealed water vapour that falls in flakes characterised by their white appearance, lightness and six-fold symmetry. 2. Malevolent force, believed to reside in the Frozen North, also known variously as Closer of Roads, Snow on the Tracks and Delayer of Trains. 3. Ooh, pretty white stuff.
Today I do not have to travel anywhere and there is only just enough of the white stuff to make everything look a bit Christmas cardy, so (for me) definition 3 applies.
