    I had a misordered chinese takeaway yesterday. It was full of surprises.

    While I tend to prefer my curries to be on the hot side (and always vegetarian), I will admit that sometimes a really bland curry can be just perfect.

    It’s a bit like a comfort food which you can wolf down in vast quantities and feel oddly sated afterwards.
