I’m supposed to be packing at the moment, because I’m off to Center Parcs tomorrow. The ‘girls’ (for some reason we have failed to update our senses of identity and convert ourselves into actual grown-ups) are officially reconvening for a relaxing weekend. This used to be a regular thing, but what with one thing and another, it’s been a while.
In this case, relaxing means getting up at an unspeakably early hour on Saturday to do the first of several classes, then we’ll be charging around playing badminton, hitting golf balls, playing tennis…
Oh, and enjoying the odd meal and glass of wine.
I can’t wait.

I love it!! I don’t think I’ll ever be able to convert myself or any of my friends into grown-up land!
