Just a few choices from the box of autumnal delights:
Trees wearing fiery foliage
Crunchy leaves crushed underfoot
Crisp mornings that make me catch my breath
The hills ablaze with heather
Ginger Cat returning home for the season
Drawing the blinds against the darkness
The kitchen smelling of mincemeat and baking
Pumpkins and squash piled high at the greengrocer’s shop
My form excited about Hallowe’en costumes
October half term holiday (Are we nearly there yet?)
Celery soup and winter greens
Drinking hot chocolate after a long walk
Autumn may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I love it. And you?
*runs away screaming* 😉
“Sorry!” shouted TLC, as she stared at the distant and rapidly receding figure of a Blue and Witchy running-away person.
Then TLC went inside and hid. From spells. Eek!
